Our Kauai Wedding Packages go from Casual to Royal. You can anything you would like, such as a simple Barefoot Beach Wedding, a delightful Tropical Garden Kauai Wedding or the most elegant of Hawaiian Dream Weddings. Kauai Vow Renewal Ceremonies are also our specialty.
This is your wedding and you should have anything you want! Below, we have created 6 base Kauai wedding packages (which can also be used for vow renewals), however please look at them as starting places only, from which you can add or subtract anything else you prefer. To learn the cost of your personalized package, add or subtract the price of any item on the A La Carte menu to or from any package – it’s that simple! Large Kauai Weddings and Kauai Receptions
Our Kauai wedding packages are not just limited to small weddings or beach weddings. We also coordinate large Kauai weddings – and we love planning wedding receptions too! To find out more, click > Kauai Wedding Receptions
Larger hotel weddings or receptions may have an additional coordination fee not listed in the Kauai wedding packages above.
Kauai Wedding Locations: With all the Kauai wedding packages above, we will help to guide you in choosing an outdoor location that best fits your needs.
State Beach Permit: There is a fee added for a state-mandated permit for all Kauai weddings on the beach. Beaches are public land. For 9 or less people, it costs $60; for 10 or more people, it costs $85.
Travel Fee: There is a travel fee $85 for weddings south/west of Lihue, and $75 for north of Anahola.
Large Wedding Group Fee: There is a large wedding group fee of $250 for groups of 10-19 people, and $350 for groups of 20-30 people. This is only paid once (you will not be double charged for this for large photography group fees).
Finance Charges: Charges over $250 paid via credit card or PayPal are subject to a 4% fee which we are charged by those financial institutions.
Mandatory Hawaii State GET: On behalf of the State of Hawaii, as with all businesses here, we collect the GET (General Excise Tax) of 4.71% which is charged on the total.
Coffee Table Album: There is a $50 shipping fee for delivery of the coffee table wedding album only (not the DVD of photos) outside of the USA.
* All Images means all useable images from your photo shoot, excluding ones with blemishes, e.g. people with eyes closed, strange facial expressions, etc.
